It multiplies the calls you miss each week by the share that are genuinely new customers, by what a new customer is worth to you, by 52 weeks. That is the yearly revenue at stake. It then applies the share an AI receptionist could realistically capture to show a recoverable amount.
Are the results guaranteed?
No. It is a calculator, not a forecast. The defaults are placeholders, so use your own figures. Real results depend on your callers, your offer and how well the agent is set up.
How do I find out how many calls I miss?
Your phone provider’s call log shows unanswered and abandoned calls. If you do not have one, count for a week. Most businesses are surprised by the number.
