Principles
Six promises we work by.
Not a values poster. Each one changes something you can check.
-
You own it. All of it.
Source code, documentation, hosting, domains and keys transfer to you at handover. If you ever want to leave, you can take everything and go. That is the point of owning it.
In practice: A recorded walkthrough and every account in your name, on day one of handover.
-
A person decides what carries risk.
AI is excellent at volume and repetition and unreliable at judgment. Anything consequential, such as money, safety, advice or reputation, goes to a human with the full context in front of them.
In practice: Approval steps, escalation rules and logs built into every system.
-
Prices before promises.
Most software houses make you ask for a number. We publish ours, fix the first phase and say what is and is not included.
In practice: Starting prices on every page, and scope changes priced before we do them.
-
We say what is real.
If something is a concept, it says so. If a number is modelled, we show the assumptions. We would rather lose a sale than let you rely on something that is not true.
In practice: Every case study carries a label: built by us, or a concept build.
-
Small first, then bigger.
A first phase you can say yes to beats a grand plan you cannot. Working software early teaches both of us more than a document does.
In practice: A clickable prototype in week one and usable slices every few weeks.
-
Built to be handed over.
Good software outlives its builders. We write the documentation and tests that let someone else, including you, change it safely.
In practice: Documentation, tests and a deployment you can run without us.

Tell us what you need built. We will show you before you pay.
Describe it in your own words. A person reads it, and for most projects you get a free mockup within one working day.
