What is the difference between this and a custom voice-agent build?
Raxo Receptionist is a standard configuration, quick to launch and priced for small businesses. A custom build adds bespoke integrations, complex routing or many locations.
What happens if I use more minutes than the allowance?
Extra minutes are billed at cost and stated in your agreement. We alert you well before you reach the limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, on a month’s notice after the first quarter. Your number, scripts and call records stay with you.
Can I hear it first?
