Privacy policy
This explains what we collect when you use devraxo.com, why we collect it, where it is kept and how to get it deleted. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind. We only hold what you deliberately send us, and you can have it erased by asking.
Who we are
DevRaxo ("we", "us") operates devraxo.com and is the data controller for the information described here. For anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data, write to support@devraxo.com.
What we collect
| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address and/or phone or WhatsApp number | Only when you submit an enquiry | So a person can reply to you |
| Your description of the project, and which service it relates to | Only when you submit an enquiry | So we can scope and quote it |
| The page you were on and the time you submitted | With the enquiry | Context for whoever replies |
| Audio of your voice and a transcript | Only while a voice call with our assistant is running | To hold the conversation and write up your brief |
A random reference (devraxo-ref) in your browser's local storage | When you first open the assistant | So a brief you started can be matched to the one you send |
| Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) | Every request, as with any web server | Security, abuse prevention and diagnosing faults |
We do not collect special category data, we do not buy or enrich contact data from third parties, and we never sell anything we hold.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising network, no session recording and no cross-site tracking. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
The one thing stored in your browser is devraxo-ref, a random
string in local storage used to tie a brief you began to the one you choose to
send. It identifies a draft, not a person, is never shared, and clearing your
browser data removes it.
The voice assistant
Our assistant ("Raxo") is a conversational AI, not a human, and the site says so before you start. If you choose to talk to it:
- Your microphone is only used while a call is active, and you can end the call at any point with the on-screen button.
- Audio is streamed to ElevenLabs, our voice processing provider, who process it on our behalf to run the conversation and produce a transcript.
- A transcript and a summary of the call may be retained so a person can read what you asked for.
- Nothing from the call reaches our team until you review the written summary and press send yourself. If you close the window before that, no enquiry is created.
- You can use the typing option or the plain contact form instead, and never enable your microphone at all.
Who else sees your data
We keep the number of third parties deliberately small. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page on this site sends your IP address to nobody but us.
| Provider | What they handle | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services | Hosting and storage of the site and enquiries | Frankfurt, Germany (EU) |
| ElevenLabs | Speech processing for the voice assistant, only during a call | United States |
Transfers to providers outside the UK/EEA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not pass your details to advertisers or data brokers.
Where it is stored and for how long
- Enquiries are stored on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany.
- We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement plus any period we are required to keep business records.
- Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months.
- Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then rotated away.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EEA you have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable form. Exercise any of these by emailing support@devraxo.com. We will respond within one month.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you sent us, and consent for microphone access, which you give by starting a call and withdraw by ending it.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to your national supervisory authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data sits on a server we control, access to it is limited to people who need it, and API access is restricted by origin and rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. This version is dated 10 October 2026.
This policy describes our actual practice and is written in plain language, but it is not legal advice and we are not a law firm. If you operate in a regulated sector or a jurisdiction with specific requirements, have your own adviser review it before relying on it.
