# Raxo: The voice agent that answers on this website

Raxo is our own voice and text agent. It speaks the visitor’s language, listens to a visitor describe what they need, and hands a written brief to our sales team.

## Challenge
A contact form is where interest goes to cool. We wanted a first conversation that could happen at any hour, in the visitor’s language, and still end with a human and a clear brief.

## Approach
- **A real call experience.** An iPhone-style call screen with live transcription, a physical disconnect button and a text-only chat mode for those who prefer typing.
- **It knows when to stop.** After the agent has said goodbye it ends the call itself, then opens a short form that captures a WhatsApp, iMessage or email contact and a summary.
- **It feeds the sales desk.** Every conversation arrives in our ops console as a lead with the summary attached, ready for a human to follow up.
- **A fallback that never fails.** If voice or text is unavailable, a plain form captures the same details, so no visitor hits a dead end.
