# AI product imagery

> AI product imagery uses generative tools, directed by an art director, to produce product, lifestyle and campaign images without a studio shoot. DevRaxo keeps the product accurate to the real item, maintains a consistent look across a set, and delivers retouched, web-ready files with clear usage rights.

## This is for you if
- You launch products often and a shoot for each is too slow or costly.
- Your images vary in lighting and style from one product to the next.
- You need lifestyle scenes for ads before the product is in stock.

## The problem
- **Photo shoots are slow and expensive.** Booking, shipping, shooting and retouching takes weeks and costs the same again for every new range.
- **Inconsistent imagery looks cheap.** Mixed lighting and backgrounds across a catalogue weakens trust in the whole store.
- **AI images are easy to spot.** Unfinished generated images carry telltale errors that make a brand look careless.

## How it works
1. **Capture the real product.** Reference photos and measurements so the generated image shows your item accurately, not a lookalike.
2. **Define a look.** Lighting, backgrounds and mood decided once, so the whole set feels like one shoot.
3. **Generate and art-direct.** Many variations, curated and corrected by a designer, rejecting anything that looks off.
4. **Retouch and deliver.** Final images cleaned up, colour-accurate and exported for web, marketplaces and ads.

## What you get
- Style definition for your set
- Retouched product and lifestyle images
- Web and marketplace exports
- Consistent backgrounds and lighting
- Usage rights statement
- Reusable style prompt notes

## Questions
### Will the product be shown accurately?
Accuracy is the first thing we check against your reference photos. Anything that would mislead a customer — wrong colour, wrong proportions — is corrected or redone.

### Do marketplaces accept AI imagery?
Policies differ by marketplace and change over time. We check the current rules for your channels and tell you where plain photography is required.

### Who owns the images?
You do, subject to the licences of the tools used, which we list in the usage statement.

### Should I disclose that they are AI-generated?
Some jurisdictions and platforms ask for it. We advise on what applies to you, and we recommend honesty over risk.
