## How it works
1. **Choose the sources.** We connect the folders, wikis and tools that hold your knowledge, and decide what is in and out of bounds.
2. **Index with permissions.** Documents are processed so the assistant respects the same access rules your staff already have.
3. **Answer with citations.** Each answer links to the passage it came from. If the documents do not contain the answer, it says so.
4. **Test against real questions.** We gather the questions staff actually ask and measure how often the assistant gets them right before launch.

## Questions
### Will it expose confidential documents to the wrong people?
It is built to inherit your existing permissions and we test this deliberately. You also choose which sources are included at all.

### What if the documents are out of date?
The assistant is only as current as its sources. The gap report shows questions it could not answer or where documents conflict, so you know what to fix.

### Does my data train a public model?
No. We use providers whose terms exclude your data from training, and we document the arrangement before you connect any sources.

### Can customers use it too?
Yes, a public version can be limited to a defined set of published information, which is what our website and WhatsApp agents do.
