### Will the AI give legal advice?
No. It is built to take details, book consultations and answer logistics, and to say that it cannot advise. Anything substantive goes to a person.

### How is client confidentiality protected?
Through role-based access, encryption, audit trails and careful choice of providers. We agree data handling in writing before connecting any client information.

### Can we keep data in our own systems?
Yes. Where required we deploy within your own cloud account so data does not leave your environment.
